| In 1993 -
2002 the world traveller Jumber Lezhava made an unbelievable
journey. All alone on a bicycle he visited more then 230
countries and independent territories of the world, during
3333 days he passed over 260 000 kilometers and with different
transports he covered more then 300 000 kilometers. |
The
traveller had contacts with ordinary people. It wouldn’t
exaggerate if we say that he’s a unique person,
who saw the world with all its negative and positive
sides.
He’s the world traveller and a living-legend of
our planet, who made several extraordinary records during
his travel. This is his reason for existence, he can’t
stop. He aims not of fame, just a sociable creature
who loves contacting people and just wants to astonish
the world.
His infatuation with the freedom of bicycle travel began
after the hard illness he went through
On January 6, 1986 after one of the usual trainings
he found himself in the hospital, as he had intestinal
gangrene and vessel thromboses. Three meters intestine
was cut out of his stomach. Survived from death and
then wonderful idea came to his mind – to astonish
the world and go around the world by bicycle.
His aim was to make peace and friendship among the people,
adhere to healthy-life, to show the world his own-method
in push-ups.
Jumber Lezhava shares to 7 main mysteries, which help
to come our dreams true. Such as: an enthusiasm, faith,
strategy, spirit values, connections, energy and the
art to form relationships.

Jumber Lezhava started his
journey around the world
alone, by a bicycle

went for sports: football, volley-ball,
table-tennis, body-building and wrestling.
Since college years he traveled to different parts
of Georgia.
Sometimes by foot, by horse and by bicycle. Climbed
Georgia’s several peaks.
After the graduation Jumber Lezhava worked in different
scientific institutions. Delivered lectures, he is
the author of 26 scientific works.

The man whos eyes saw
up to 230 countries and over 3000 nations
This was the first world
travel by bicycle and absolutely alone what is certified
in over 3000 police and the borders.

With this travel Mr. Jumber Lezhava broke several world
records and among them Guinness
records (14 times). It can be said loudly that he
is recognized as a king of travellers and he deserves
it.
Travelling of Jumber Lezhava was full of curious events,
dangers and the same time interesting happenings. He
had been shot at, robbed, attacked by animals, reptiles
and people. He stayed alive 130 times in different occasions.
Slept at different places in stations, in the hollows
of big trees, prisons, hospitals, sea shores, in the
shrouds, jungles, deserts and even in fashionable hotels.
He began the second stage of his travelling on his 65th
birthday, July 23, 2004. In two weeks he arrived in
Athen’s Olimpiad, and then set forth to middle
Europe.
He always regretted that he passed only 31 out of 50
states of the USA.
His plans to conquer the world are never ending. As
Via Est Vita is unlimited to him.

Travelling is the the
source of Healthy Life!
Despite many hardships, illness, disappointment
and death of his wife, Jumber Lezhava didn’t loose
hope to live. Love for his wife gave him the strength
to carry out his life-time dream and made several Guinness
records in push-ups. Pushed-up 5011 times within an
hour (pushed-up 17300 per day).
The travellers' main transport - bicycle weights more
than 80 kg.
“My aim is to conquer South Pole, several peaks
of the world, make new Guinness Records” –
says Jumber Lezhava. Visiting Santiago, Great desert
of Australia, north Siberia and those countries, that
didn’t give me visa previously. This is the life
– Jumber Lezhava is having and showing to the
world, that industry and inspiration can work miracles.
